Welcome to Remember When! When we were first married, we’d pass beach houses like this one and quietly wonder if someday one might be ours. That someday took years of work, patience, and a belief we never let go of, and it became this home. We named it Remember When as a reminder of how far a little belief can carry you, and we hope it carries you somewhere good too. May your time here be full of the moments that matter and the people who matter most. Settle in, slow down, and make it your own.

Pool & Hot Tub Instructions

The pool and spa are controlled by a Pentair EasyTouch panel located at the pool equipment area. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Turn On
Press the SPA button on the control panel
The LED lights up and the filter pump starts. The valves rotate into position; the pump will briefly pause during this (normal). The heater activates automatically once water is circulating.

Step 2: Set Temperature
Use the + / − buttons to adjust the set temp
Recommended range: 100–104°F. “Heater” appears on the display while actively heating. The heater shuts off automatically once the set temperature is reached.

Step 3: Turn Off
Press the SPA button again to turn off
The LED turns off and the system shuts down. If the heater was running, the pump may continue circulating for up to 10 minutes to cool the heater. This is normal and expected.

Good to Know
The spa automatically shuts off after 24 hours
Always replace the cover when finished to retain heat. If the water appears cloudy or has a strong chemical odor, please do not use it and contact T3D Properties right away.

Turn the valve on before lighting and off when you are done.
Be sure to close the valve itself, not just the burner knobs.

Tongs, spatulas, and brushes are in the drawer near the microwave.

Cleaning supplies are stored under the grill.
Please give the grates a quick brush after each use while they are still warm. It makes a big difference for the next group.
